Where are Magic Wands made?
Every authentic Magic Wand is designed in Japan and carefully assembled in China under strict quality standards. While imitators exist, none deliver the legendary deep, rumbly vibrations of the original. At Pleasure Dose, authenticity is guaranteed, always.
How long will shipping take?
We know waiting isn’t sexy. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days across the U.S. You’ll get a tracking number the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your warranty & return policy?
All Magic Wands come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Because of the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless your wand is defective. If you need to file a claim, our team will guide you step by step.
Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. Think of it as luxury on the inside, total discretion on the outside. Your order arrives in plain, unbranded packaging with no hint of what’s inside.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
Your privacy extends to billing too. Purchases will not show as “Pleasure Dose” or “Magic Wand” on your statement, they’re processed under our parent company for complete discretion.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., reach out, we’ll let you know if special accommodations can be made.
